I received my product well after the release date and also no apologies and without me asking them there would of been no from of contact.
Pokémon cards were exactly as advertised & at reasonable cost.
Occasionally the 3 pack blisters are shaken in transit & more than one pack sealed inside moves out of position.
Usually very quick delivery, packaging can sometimes be a bit ropey. Can occasionally let you down on delivery dates for pre-ordered items though this will be down to suppliers.

I have ordered twice from this company so far and customer service has been fantastic. Orders have been packaged very well, and shipped out quickly.
While the international shipping said 2-3 days and it took a little longer to get to the AU, it still wasn't much more than a week, which was very appreciated!

Orders placed on working days before 2pm will be dispatched on the same
day. Anything placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working
day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be sent out on the

If you have ordered using a tracked shipping service, you will be able to track your order by using the unique tracking number on the Shipping Service Website or directly under your Prime card World account.
If you have ordered without a tracked shipping method, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched and should receive your item/s within 1-2 working days (subject to Courier delays).

We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We ensure that all our products are packaged suitably and efficiently to avoid any damages on transit. If you do receive an item that has been damaged in transit or wish to return an item for any other reason please contact us via email or live chat before shipping back the order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All of our sealed products are sold in their original packaging that we source from our suppliers. We do not sell any sealed product with noticeable tears or damage and we ensure that we package sealed product well enough to not get damaged in transit.
Sealed product will be wrapped in bubble wrap and and shipped within either a padded envelope or a suitable sized cardboard box.
